Once In A Lifetime

Where would I be if I had not met you? I'll tell you where; I would still be lonely looking for that special someone to make me smile again. We found each other at just the right time.

The distance that is between us is only going to make our love stronger and there is less of a chance that we will take each other for granted. The weeks that we are apart, I look forward to the day that we are together. The days that we are together, I am already looking forward to the next time that I get to see your handsome face.

I love you with all of my heart and soul. Everything that I have been through in the past year has only prepared me for you. Your love is true and not to be taken lightly. The love that we share is never-ending and very powerful. If I had met you earlier in my life I know I wouldn't appreciate you as much. I thank God every day I wake up that someone loves me like you do, it is a once in a lifetime thing!

I love you, and the way you make me feel, everyday. The great thing is I know you love me just as much!

God's love has answered this prayer I've wanted and been almost too anxious for so long. I miss you more than words can say and my love will reach any distance and fly to be in your dreams and heart each evening that we can not be together.

The love for you is so strong and the most powerful feeling that I have had in a long time and I am just at a lost for words when it comes to you. I just wish that their was another way that we could be together without living so far apart right at the time being. I want you to know that I love you and always will and there is nothing that will ever change that about how I feel...I love you.

LETTER - BROKEN FRDSHIP

Dear Friend,



It's been quite awhile since I've written you a letter. I must say that after all those times we've been apart you're still the one I'm searching for. You see, life has never been the same without you. Every day and every night, I fight this feeling, but try as I might, I can't win. Every morning when the sun goes out to shine, I flash a smile but deep inside, I feel so sad and lonely.

But the sad fact is that you never tried or attempted to straighten things out between us. You never tried to fight for our frdship. Maybe because you never really loved me at all. And it pained me the most to know that you can envision your life without me. Where have gone all those promises you once said? I guess promises are really made to be broken. You made me believe that. And so, the best thing to do right now would be to miss you ... no more, no less. I just pray that somehow this heart of mine would learn to be contented - contented to be just missing you.

Tears are the memory we have of each other and yet I lose them every time I cry thinking of you. They say time heals broken hearts but what do they know, they're not in my shoes. We take life for granted and never think of tomorrow, just enjoying today. Life is too short to be alone. All I can say is that I have faith in God ... that he will let me see tomorrow.

I've written this with tears that drips from my heart.

Thank You Mom-for holding me in your loving arms every time I cried. Thank You Mom-for changing my diaper and singing me to sleep. Thank You Mom-for holding my hand as you walked me onto the bus my first day of school. Thank You Mom-for trudging through the snow each winter to watch me perform in the school play. Thank You Mom-for cooking my favorite dinner the night I struck out to end the game. Thank You Mom-for calling to say "I love you" the night I slept over Aunt house. Thank You Mom-for bringing out the lemonade when we played baseball. Thank You Mom-for laughing often. Thank You Mom-for writing me that letter the day I was rejected from college. Thank You Mom-for praying for me before you close your eyes each night. Thank You Mom-for having the strength to give me life, even after God took away my loved ones. Thank You Mom-for saving me some chocolate chip cookies. Thank You Mom-for teaching me to believe in myself. Thank You Mom-for telling me stories about my grandparents. Thank You Mom-for showing me how to help those less fortunate than me. Thank You Mom-for saying "I Love You" every time I see you. Thank You Mom-for bringing a smile to my face every time I think of you.
